The Commons in Northbrook Condominium Association is managed by Foster Premier. Closing documentation can be purchased from Homewise Docs, link below.
The Commons in Northbrook Condominium Association is not currently FHA Certified, but has submitted paperwork to renew its status as of June 15, 2025.
The Association does not allow rentals. All units must be owner occupied.
Foster Premier will not respond to questions from purchasers or their representatives. You must contact the seller or their representatives and ask your questions to them. Foster Premier has been contracted by the Association to provide the 22.1 Disclosure and Paid Assessment Letter.
